Anti-abortion activist jailed

66 days | Man still refuses to file his income tax returns

An anti-abortion activist who used to live in Fredericton was ordered to serve 66 days in jail Thursday for failing to pay fines stemming from income tax charges.

David T. Little reiterated in Fredericton provincial court Thursday that he will never file his income tax returns nor will he pay any fines levied against him for non-compliance.    (Read more)
